Angop [Angola News Agency] learnt that the new programmes comprise the Angolan cultural aspects and the development process underway the country. The new programmes include Antologia, Quintal do Ritmo, Manha Informativa, Esteira da Música and Constelações.
Some programmes gained more airtime and new structure, aiming to turn them into more attractive to the listeners.
According to the CEO of the National Radio of Angola, Pedro Cabral, with these changes, RNA intends to offer products that meet the expectations of the listeners and get adapted to social dynamics.
Angop learn that the new radio programmes will enable the introduction of entertainment programmes, more airtime for youth programme from 3pm-6pm, Monday to Friday, boosting an emergence of new information services.
He said that RNA will continue to follow up the development process of the country, as actions to combat poverty, construction of dams, expansion of schools and other initiatives that should deserve more attention by the its professionals, so as to contribute to this process.
The new contents and programmes will also cover the provincial and regional radios, production centres and broadcasting stations in Luanda.
The ceremony was attended by media vice-minister, Manuel Miguel de Carvalho "Wadjimbi", directors of social communication organs and professionals of RNA, among other guests.
