The hotel, which celebrated its 33rd anniversary in November 2011, was voted "Regional Winner Middle East, Africa of the Commitment to Quality Award" of The Leading Hotels of The World at the recent annual convention of the luxury hospitality organisation which took place in Amsterdam.
