I'm cautiously optimistic about the potential of digital display in-store. I am, if you wish, a detractor as current execution has left me indifferent. Overall most are getting it wrong. I suspect that this is due to nominal retail experience and perhaps pundits who want to make a 'quick score', sacrificing retailer confidence and, with it, the true untapped potential of this medium.

I have always thought that it was common sense to understand as much as possible about the people who were, or would possibly be, actually buying my products in the real world with their real money. Strange then how much money is not spent by brands understanding this.
