Bid to privatise Primedia

Two of Primedia’s largest shareholders, Issie and Wiliam Kirsh and the Mineworkers Investment Company, are offering R6 billion to take the media group private, reports Business Day. Listed among Primedia’s assets are 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 702 Talk Radio and Ster-Kinekor. For more, click here.
