New branding for South African Chefs Academy

The South African Chefs Academy has launched a new logo and branding this week at the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town, celebrating its 10th graduation ceremony.

"Every year we celebrate with our graduates as they complete their training and establish this milestone in their careers," says SA Chefs Academy owner, Paul Hartmann, a renowned international chef.

The new branding that will be rolled out across the organisation takes its lead from the re-invented logo. The new logo incorporates creativity and professionalism among its design themes along with the green hue signifying growth and prosperity. It retains its motto - For Chefs, By Chefs - which refers to its corps of lecturers who are chefs with extensive industry experience.

"This year has seen a marked increase in block release students, which shows the faith that the industry puts in us. We are excited about the prospect of helping chefs currently working in the industry to obtain a formal qualification," concludes Hartmann.
