Loeries 2003 International Chairmen

Introducing Lynn Trickett and Robert Campbell, the two international Charirmen for Loeries 2003.

Lynn Trickett - Trickett & Webb, London
International Chairman - Design
(Final Design judging takes place on 29 and 30 March)

Lynn Trickett studied at the Chelsea School of Art and worked as a graphic designer in London and New York before meeting Brian Webb and setting up Trickett & Webb in the seventies.
Her aim has always been to produce excellent work for interesting people. The results have seen the launch of many new products and companies, which have been exhibited throughout the world and have won many awards. She is currently a Trustee and member of D&AD executive committee. She has a continuing interest in design education and has tried to 'put back' a little of the pleasure and successes she has gained from this industry, through her involvement with some of the best art colleges in the UK. She has lectured on graphic design and stamp design in Europe, Australia and the US, judged many national and international design competitions, and have contributed to various books and magazines.

Robert Campbell - Rainey Kelly Cambell Roalfe/Y&R, London
International Chairman - Advertising
(Final Judging takes place on 11, 12 & 13 April)

Robert started his career in advertising as a copywriter. He has worked at many of the best agencies in London, on a wide spread of clients. He has started two major London advertising agencies: the Banks Partnership (now Banks Hoggins O'Shea FCB) and Rainey Campbell Roalfe. RKCR merged with Y&R in 1999 to become Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R.

He is a member of the IPA executive council, the D&AD executive committee, and is Chairman of the Creative Director's Forum. He has been chairman of British Television awards, Campaign Press awards and Campaign Poster Awards.

He has won most of the major advertising awards, has a degree in political science from Bristol University, and has trained as a journalist with the National Council for the training of Journalists.

Currently he is executive creative director of Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R.
