New series of Supa Strikas to be screened in June 2012
Following the tremendous success of the first and second seasons of the hit children's program, Supa Strikas, Chevron and Strika Entertainment have confirmed the development of series three. The show, currently being aired on over 20 channels internationally, such as Nickelodeon, Disney, StarHub, ESPN STAR Sports, BBC, Orange, Caracol, SABC and Al Jazeera Kids, is projected to receive continued great ratings across the board. The City of Cape Town has partnered with Grand West Casino to host a charity concert, titled Love The Children, to raise funds for the Mayoral Special Fund. The Mayoral Special Fund is the city's charity fund to assist, inter alia, victims of emergencies or disasters, individuals or organisations experiencing hardships and supporting causes that promote the city's values.
