The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is calling for written submissions on the draft regulations regarding the processes and procedures for applying for licences to provide Electronic Communications Network Services, Electronic Communications Services and Broadcasting Services. A copy of the proposed regulations is available on www.icasa.org.za. Written comments should be forwarded for the attention of Amos Hlabioa on or before 4pm Friday, 23 November 2007, at Block C, Pin Mill Farm, 164 Katherine Street, Sandton; emailed to ahlabioa@icasa.org.za or faxed to +27 (0)11 448 2171.
