Heidi Franck is the Chief Operations Officer of One Property Holdings, a leading South African based property holding group. The collaboration of synergistic, individual property business units is born out of a decade of mutually beneficial inter-party business dealings. She is also the Managing Director of Intigra, one of the companies within the group. Intigra is a professional quantity surveying practice.

While Intigra provides a standard menu of services, the company also has a vast range of additional offerings from desktop valuations to finance applications which includes full bills of quantities and comprehensive cash-flows.

Aside from her extensive experience and expertise in quantity surveying, Franck is also a asset manager and has managed a number of property portfolios.

Heidi believes in an ordered and proactive approach to projects and has a reputation for proficiency and meticulous achievement.

She believes in creating efficiency and providing intense micro asset management in order to generate added value. Her aim is to ensure that property assets are developed and perform at their optimum level as a result Intigra's is a top performer in its' industry.

Her education/qualifications includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying (B.Sc. (QS) Honours) from Wits, and a Practical Project Management Course from UNISA.
