Thank you for taking the time to consider our proposal and we sincerely hope that your decision will be positive for both your organisation and ours.
Last year together with Coca Cola and Virgin Active we launched an extensive sport program called "Stay Active/Hlal'Udlamkile", strictly focused on promoting mass participation in sport especially at primary school level. We targeted eight primary schools in the areas of greater Philippi (viz. lower Crossroads; Browns Farm; Samora Micheal and Vietnam), and the whole program was well received.
Now we want to take the program to a higher level and that is why we are calling on a prospective sponsor to board with us in this venture. This program presents a great opportunity for a sponsor, as it can deliver additional benefits for Wasteman through advertising and goodwill in the minds of the children and their schools.
We need assistance for the following:=>20 x soccer balls; 4 x mini-goalposts; 40 x bibs; 4 x soccer boots;
4 x training kit;4 x tog-bags; 40 x peak cones; 40 x flat cones.
In return Wasteman will get the following:.Naming rights to the event (i.e. "Sponsor's name" Stay Active sport proram)
.Branding on the bibs; training kit and tog-bags
.2 x Banners at each school during the sessions
This request is made bearing in mind that the program will commence by 21 April 2008 and we therefore kindly request that we receive a response prior to this date. If your company has alternative funding or support available, please feel free to contact me with your kind offer(s).
