There are only a few days left to register for Shape magazine's Healthy eating challenge, sponsored by Appletiser, and already over 6000 challengers have signed up.

The 12-week eating challenge kicks off on Friday, February 1, 2008 with a newsletter and an easy-to-follow eating plan, designed by dietician Jane Badham, a member of Shape's advisory board and a director of the International Fruit and Vegetable Alliance.

Thereafter, challengers will receive a free weekly newsletter with nutritional advice, a shopping list, fitness tips and more, along with getting support and encouragement from other challengers on the Healthy eating forum.

There's also an interactive health quiz which will help challengers to set healthy goals, and they can track their progress throughout the challenge by filling in the daily online food diary. Dietitian Jane Badham will also answer the most commonly asked nutritional and health questions in the weekly newsletters.
