Loft like space to share in Century City

Are you a small business, preferably a creative or marketing company, looking to share an inspiring space? We have 88 square metres including two balconies, one looking over a bird sanctuary, a kitchenette, own bathroom with shower, and would like to share it with up to four others. Our ideal office mates won't spend all day on the phone - we're writers to we need some quiet now and then. A design company would be ideal. You would share the rent, approximately R3650, and there is one undergroup parking bay going.
