Auspex Property, an award-winning PE based property development company is looking to assign a marketing/media company for a R1.8 billion waterfront development project and casino in Port Elizabeth.
The components are to include a 5* star Hilton Hotel, Mantis Group (Shamwari) upmarket apartments, retail, entertainment, gastronomica, sports arenas, cruise-liner docking bays and a world-class casino operated by Vegas based WhiteSand Gaming.
