A co-working shared office space meets cafe culture for developers, writers and independents. Panoramic city views from Signall Hill through to Table Mountain.

I am starting a co-working hub for 4-8 people in the Cape Town city bowl in Hatfield Street. The space is on the first floor of a modern immaculate and architectural development, with secure access and panoramic city views from Signall Hill through to Table Mountain. There is plenty of street-side parking. Secure parking is available on a monthly basis from the Jewish Museum.

Dunkley Square is 50m away and there are some fantastic cafes (Sage) and restaurants (Aubergine) within 100m. The National Gallery and gardens are 100m down the road. It's a lovely place to be. Very central. Very inspiring.

Everything is included for a simple flat rate of R1,500 per person per month:

1gb 4mbps wireless internet per person, kitchen facilities with coffee machine and good coffee (bottomless), fax machine, printer, lounge, 10m long balcony, white "long table" for up to 4 people (as we grow we can add another), Philippe Starck Louis Ghost chairs, bathroom and shower, available 8am to 5pm weekdays.
