New graduates ready to discover Vodacom

The Vodacom Discover graduate programme, an extension and consolidation of existing graduate programmes, welcomed 23 new graduate students on 1 March 2010. Continuing its focus and investment in empowering women in the ICT industry, it ensured that 48% of the new graduates are female. The new programme makes it possible for the group to nurture and support a promising student from tertiary level until he or she becomes a contributing member of the team, maximising both its investment and the person's personal aspirations. The group has invested more than R26 million over five years in its graduate programmes.
