Is A qualification still Worth Having
Does a qualification count for something and when do employer start looking at experience?

I was busy with a 3-year degree in business management and marketing; with information systems also as a 3rd year major. I had one outstanding module and couldn't continue as i had run out of funds. With all the applications that i have done as of late, they come back negative due to the degree being incomplete because of the single module. The amount of work time and experience and the companies i have worked with have not been to my favour.so my question remains even if one has got the necessary work experience and is able to do the required work, does that piece of paper stating the degree is complete still matter?
