It is characterised by a simpler and more streamlined appearance, with customers being able to view the menu and place orders online by clicking on a visible link on the front page, which transfers them to a portal for registered users. Other features include a link to the brand's community forum that provides ideas for breakfast, lunch and parties, testimonials from satisfied customers and the latest company news.

Sally J'Arlette-Joy, the company's' MD explains the design rationale, "Extensive market research related to the core target market and prospective customers has indicated that consumers are hungry for innovative, sleek and manageable online mechanisms in which to view information and interact with their favourite brands.

"With this in mind, the company redesigned the website offering in order to offer our consumers a simplified and energetic platform to view food, place an order, make use of the convenient and efficient delivery service and explore franchising options.

"We are delighted with the result and are confident that the website will generate significant traffic," she concludes.
