NEWSWATCH: President Zuma addressed artists and actors yesterday and is concerned about the amount of sex and violence on TV, reports IOL, though at the same meeting Tsepo Wa-Mamatu, a Wits drama lecturer, playwright and director, was booed by his peers when he took Zuma to task for apparently not doing enough to stop supporters saying they would kill for Zuma, reports Times Live. On the AIDS front, the SABC has defended its stance on a documentary which allegedly does not show Thabo Mbeki or his health minister in a positive light, reports Mail & Guardian Online.
