Launch of new BEE event and conference management company, OrangeK

On 1 June 2005, OrangeK was launched as an event and conference management solutions company in South Africa.

With over 30 years of combined individual event and conference management experience, the three members of OrangeK, Debbie Gallagher, Samada Moolla and Gaynor Stone, are uniquely positioned to service the needs of companies requiring professional event and conference management solutions.

Debbie Gallagher has fourteen years of experience at De Beers managing events and conferences, including several Presidential functions. Samada Moolla has worked for the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for sixteen years and has managed their events and conferences for the last fourteen years. Gaynor Stone has been managing events in the corporate mining environment for twelve years, with the last seven years spent at Anglo American. Highlights include Presidential Gala Dinners for the listing of Anglo American on the Botswana and Namibia Stock Exchanges and the function to announce Anglo American's major sponsorship of the 2010 World Cup Soccer Bid.
