2010 security wake-up call; optimism after Angolan attack

The deadly attack late last week on the bus carrying Togo national team in Cabinda, Angola, has fuelled Afro-pessimism in the West and raised concerns about South Africa's ability to host a secure 2010 FIFA World Cup, but the country's authorities remain confident that all will be well and end well.
