B-BBEE target compliancy will increase in 2012

Nedlac agreement on labour amendments
Business Report quotes Labour Minister Mildred Oliphant as saying that Nedlac's partners have agreed to amendments to two labour bills - the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act - that force employers to provide reasons to courts for employing people on a temporary basis.
