Things your lawyer is too polite to tell you
A lawyer/client relationship is rather like a doctor/patient relationship at least in one area - full and honest communication - which is the basis for a good relationship, right?
The problem is sometimes, however, in
any conversation, that we avoid telling it like it is because we want to be polite. So in this article, when it comes to legal issues, Jody Doyle takes you through a few
things your lawyer may be too polite to tell you.
Geez, what a dump - and you
own it? At first sight, one might be forgiven for wondering who might have an issue over the ownership of what many of us reckon is little more than a blot on the landscape, but Jackwell Feris takes a look at
mine dumps in South Africa and how they can be an ownership dilemma.
Top farmers are valuable, so it's great that the
Western Cape Farmer of the Year has been announced. Congratulations to Rossouw Cillie of the farm Laastedrif in Ceres and company director of Tru-Cape fruit; he's been named Western Cape Farmer of the Year.
OK, anyone who knows our tame motoring editor, Henrie Geyser, knows that while he might be perky, pretty he ain't - which is just as well then that the new Fiat 500L is all of that - and practical too! It's the
perky, pretty, practical Fiat 500L.
