The early morning breakfast show on Talk Radio 702 and 567 CapeTalk marks Udo Carelse's return to Talk Radio 702 after a three-year break and his first official foray into talk radio. The show mixes news, information and sport. “I worked in news, and produced shows and presented sports previously when I worked for Talk Radio 702, but never hosted my own talk show, which is what I'm doing now…and absolutely loving it!” says Carelse. Although currently living and working in Johannesburg, Carelse is originally from Cape Town and hopes to use the talk format as a platform to make a difference within the Cape community, specifically in his home town of Atlantis, where he has a keen interest in youth development.
