South Africa will experience the Isaac Hayes movement when the multifaceted and talented songwriter, producer, sideman, solo artist, film scorer, actor, rapper and DJ arrives in the country on Friday, 19 October 2007. This Grammy and Oscar Award-winning legend, known by many for the Original Shaft and Southpark, will engage with various communities and stakeholders through dialogue, workshops and tours around the country.
