Freelancer directory cracks 3000 members

Freelancentral, a centralised database of freelancers in South Africa's advertising and communications industries, has reached 3000 members. According to founder Jo Duxbury, the site is helping to create a sense of community for freelancers, who can often feel unsupported and alone. “3000 members is a lot of talent in one place - and a highly useful resource for any company who wants to bring in creative staff on a short-term basis,” she says.
