Promotion for food writer

Food & Home Entertaining's Anna Montali has been promoted to deputy editor/food editor, Caxton Magazines announced yesterday, Tuesday, 25 November 2008. Galliova food writer of the year winner 2007, Montali has been cooking for 20 years. Her varied culinary career has seen her running her own restaurant, catering and working as a food writer. She has been with F&HE for nine years, where she devises recipes, cooks, bakes, styles, does demonstrations and advises readers, and has been responsible for creating many of the dishes that grace the covers of the title.
