[Yoray Narainpersad] Many businesses are of the notion that their website is working well for them, especially when it boils down to their SEO. For example, if a business sells toys for children, they would assume that if someone searches for 'kids toys' in Google and their website appears number one, then their SEO is excellent. It may be so, for that keyword, but there are definitely hundreds, if not thousands, of keywords that they are missing out on.

True! i think that marketing via mobile will take the world by storm - even South Africa.

About social networking - spot on!

Also, i think that most brands will focus more on customer satisfaction & expectation, and brands that understand where the strongest expectations exist will be the brands that survive.

I say it's about time!

Only problem is that Google as a 43 per cent share in the search engine market and Baidu has 56 per cent...but this is certainly not the reason Google is threatening to leave China.

The prices for 2010 tickets are shocking! Aren't we, south african's supposed to be given a discount or cheaper prices?

I have applied 4 times for tickets and i'm still waiting. i strongly believe (and agree with you) that the stadiums will not have a poor turn out.

Coupled with this info and some of my insights into building customer loyality via a website / blog etc (because im in the internet / online industry) - im sure i can retain more customers..
