This is very good for PwC to take this cohort so that the Province will be able to assess the impact of the programme to the running of the school. both Polokwane and Mangaung resolutions Management and leadership is crucial to the success of our schools. By mere observation, management of teaching, learning and assessment in our FET schools is a big challenge, starting from plannining, monitoring the implementation of the plans its a pipe dream. It is good that the programme includes mentorship and coaching programme, whereby mentors will be able to coach the principals and assist them in developing portfolios of evidence as a means to show their hands-on approach in managing curriculum, which is the core in the school

South African government is trying her best to provide best education for its young citizens both within the country's higher education systems and foreign universities, so that these citizens plough back in their communities. there are so many deserving students, so it means the health department should screen its deserving students and be subjected to stringent conditions so the prospective applicants knows very well what is expected of them

It must not be full of theory where definitions and characteristics dominate but it must be applied in real situations
