Really good read, thank you! Totally agree with you especially by the No Substitute for Word of Mouth referrals, for me it's definitely been a case of being introduced or referred by Word of Mouth, and that person going online to "check me out" before going further in a business relationship.

Very worrying indeed. Why would anyone ask people over the age of 55 to go on an early retirement? Getting rid of your most experienced people in the industry is going to shoot themselves in the head. I'm stunned!
