×My job title may be Communications or Marketing Manager, but in reality, it has at times involved many other functions that would be classified General Manager, or Operations Manager. I have hands-on experience business wide and understand most of the processes and software in each division.
Achieving the best communication and marketing strategies, both internally and externally, requires an understanding of all parts of the organisation and each employee. This is my belief and perhaps the passion that drives me to learn the good and the bad of any organisation that I stand for.
When staff and customers are inspired to achieve and do more because of actions and plans that I am involved in, I feel that I am heading in the right direction. Achieving more means that the organisation grows and becomes stronger. When this is managed with responsibility and integrity, it's a driving force for inspiration to do even more.
