She primary worked on a project that aims to measure the use of open access papers across countries using Dimensions.ai data. In December 2021 she moved back to South Africa to continue her work remotely. Before her time in Montreal, she worked at the South African Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Scientometrics and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (SciSTIP) hosted by the Centre on Research Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST) at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. This work focused on the evaluation of the South African research system.
