Show profile Hide profileWorking as a Regional Marketing Manager at Osiris Trading, an international digital media company, I was involved in the conceptualisation, project management and production of promotion related content. I was responsible for managing projects in English and eight foreign languages, which included content for websites, emails, mobile, snail mail, and in house communication systems such as personal message and in software messages.
My role involved conceptualising promotions and briefing them to our creative and web development departments. Once briefed I would be responsible for managing timelines for the aspects of the promotion including costs and also liaising with these department to ensure quality and best practice was being adhered to. To complete these projects I was also responsible for the fulfilment of all content i.e. sending bulk emails and uploading content to live servers.
I have a strong background in usability and web standards and was responsible for training and development of our creative department to ensure that the online content created would be of the best quality and was compatible with all email providers and browsers. I am fully versed in most web based design programs and am able to code in HTML, FLASH and CSS.
At Osiris Trading I spearheaded the formation of many procedures to ensure spam compliance and best practice coding to ensure correct rendering in all top mail providers. I was responsible for training and coaching of our multimedia design department to ensure template quality. As a communications manager for Osiris Trading I was responsible for the communications strategic development and delivery of 10 different brands in 8 languages.
I have worked with a range of email fulfilment software solutions, and was instrumental in developing an in house solution at Osiris Trading to facilitate the merging of multiple languages and brands in one send. The processes that I established at Osiris Trading streamlined graphic design, coding, template management and email fulfillment.
