This also included the management of head office deals, distribution, and negotiating commercial terms to facilitate drives in sales and increase market share to achieve KPI's. This resulted in managing the execution and development of marketing and sales strategies through aggressively managing and reporting on profit pools, through effective market reviews. Evaluating territory performance and needs based on zonal segments and sale force intervention to support volume growth opportunities. Generating a determined record of consumer behavior and infer trends on brand and pack to build category and brand positioning through contracted third parties and sales segments. This allowed for precise understanding of consumers needs and brand awareness allowing for badging and consumer desire.
Having been defined as a Type- A personality, I have a highly competitive nature, I am diligent and results driven, and willing to learn new methods and best practices in order to achieve a goal. Colleagues have described me as a decisive and intuitive person with the ability to address problems and situations, usually based out of a collective view and on the greater impact. These attributes combined with strong analytical skills allow me to dispassionately appraise a situation and assess feasibility, logistics, and the details. To find unique and profitable solutions to business problems fascinate me and drives my passion.
The above personality traits combined with diverse experience in project management, involving multiple stakeholders, have provided me with a unique set of skills and perspective, allowing me to achieve multiple objectives at a high level of performance. Such experiences include conceptualizing new projects, products and markets, by effectively evaluating markets and operations. This has resulted in a skill to identify specific scenarios both present and future allowing for sound execution of strategic objectives. Thus pushing me in to the current studies on behavioral economics and consumer selection. Thus I believe I would be a solid asset to an organisation with a need for my skills, attributes and passion.
