Why does etv continue to show the same movies over and over?

I find it quite strange how etv continue to show the same movies over and over. What I mean by this is that movies that were once very popular and so forth are repeated over and over and over on etv. Its nice that they are able to show popular movies but repeating them continuously is a bit much. Iv lost count as to how many times movies like "Gone In 60 Seconds" and "Anaconda" has been shown. Then when those movies are not on they play low budget Jean Claude van Damn or Steven Segal movies. Do they not have enough rights to enough quality movies or something? What exactly is the case because its quite sad.
