graphic designers are being undermined!

yes we have all heard if you dont like the creative industry get out! BUT passion for being a creative always makes us stick around... and for what? a salary... for sho BUT! 5k starting salary to 17k very experinced still does not cut the cake...
question... are graphic designers being undermined?
