Technical consumer goods market at four-year high
NUREMBERG, GERMANY: The German market for technical consumer goods grew by 3.7% to €13.1 billion* in the fourth quarter of 2010. According to GfK Retail and Technology, the technical consumer goods market also recorded value growth of 3.7% for the year as a whole, with total sales of €44.3 billion. Consumption in 2011 - Germany on the ascent

As forecast by GfK, private consumption rose last year by 0.5%.
