Flux open session - rise of online retail
A special Flux Open Session, presented on 10 April 2013 at 4pm in Johannesburg, explores why Internet-savvy consumers, who are growing in numbers at a rapid rate, are migrating to online shopping and what brick-and-mortar businesses need to do to make sure they stand out, rather than miss out.
The presentation goes through some of the Flux Trends' new report that explores the trend of online shopping in South Africa, its new phase of sustained acceleration and unpacks the reasons why bricks and mortar retailers have to rethink the way they do business.
