New lineup for East Coast Radio

East Coast Radio has announced its first major lineup change in several years. As of the first of next month, the shows will be filled with a new feel and new ideas and ways of interacting with listeners. “Our jocks are very excited about the new changes and are looking forward to their new roles,” says Naveen Singh, East Coast Radio's programme manager.

“This is the first major lineup change that the station has seen in a few years. Every so often the need to freshen up our lineup arises. New challenges are added to the shows and our jocks have the opportunity to show off their new tricks,” comments Singh.

With a multimedia and production background, weekend jock Neville Pillay takes on the mid morning slot and seasoned jock Dave Guselli will now be hosting the weekend shows. “Neville has proved himself over the weekends and has a huge following. He is now being given the opportunity to show off his talent during the week. With a number of years in the industry behind him, Dave will carry his experience through to the weekends, stabilising our shows,” adds Singh.

Information technology fundis Peter G and new voice Johanne Pillay have been partnered together to take on the new media world. The chart show see the return of old East Coast Radio presenter Thandy Kunene.
