Saving trees with Imediat

Imediat is an interactive software solution allowing display devices to be strategically placed where audiences are concentrated to inform, entertain and educate in convenient times and locations.

To display Volkswagen's communications, Omega Media-Wave Systems used three 42-inch plasma screens, in the main entrance, the reception, and dining area.

Phillip Austin, Sales Director for Omega Media-Wave Systems, says the screen located at the conference room entrance broadcasted select content to audiences entering the conference facility: "On wheels, this mobile screen was frequently relocated to high traffic areas to keep delegates in constant touch through easily prepared communications that not only welcomed guests with personalised greetings, but displayed logos and adverts, and updated program content and locations.

"A second screen above the main reception area broadcast Volkswagen adverts between entertaining guests with live feeds. A third versatile screen is used to keep delegates in touch and up-to-date in the refreshment area.

"An added advantage is that Volkswagen controlled the on-screen content, managing the process themselves, without outside assistance, giving them content authority and immediacy."
