The Film Industry Learner Mentorship's (F.I.L.M) Sallywood interns from the 2012-2013 Sallywood MICT Seta Internship, is producing a fun and funky web-based program called Kwaai City. Broadly speaking Kwaai City features 'What's Hot' and by omission, 'What's Not' in the Kwaai City of Cape Town. (video)
This is a totally non-commercial enterprise dedicated to providing the trainees with an experiential learning platform, as it is a non-profit organisation. Kwaai City is directed and produced entirely by these interns.

According to the organisation, it cannot emphasize enough what a hands-on, experiential learning opportunity like this means to aspiring 'filmpreneurs'; the life-changing experience of producing and generating content in film, electronic and digital media that can ultimately be seen, experienced and enjoyed by millions of people across the globe; all the while changing lives, one person at a time.

If you would like to partner with F.I.L.M, sponsor it or you have events you'd like it to cover, email . For more, go to www.filmsa.co.za and the Facebook page.
