Durban-based Traffic Signals & Accesories has appointed Marlan Padayachee GreenGold Africa Communications as publicists to promote the roll-out of the new traffic signals for visually impaired people, aka Blind Man Buzzer, in the City of Durban, and to also provide editorial consultancy for a product to the South African market for the first time.
