UNOCI organises 2010 public screenings

ABIDJAN: The United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI) has organised daily public screenings throughout Côte d'Ivoire matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Tragedy occurs during Ivorian 2010 qualifier

Reports are that 130 people have been injured and 22 people are dead after a stampede at the Houphouet-Boigny stadium in Ivory Coast during a 2010 FIFA World Cup Qualifier on 29 March. FIFA has sent its condolences to the football community of that country. 30 Mar 2009 13:41
