Does anyone know how one becomes a Certified Special Events Professional through ISES if you DON'T live in JHB?

I have been wanting to obtain this qualification for so long, but there doesn't seem to be any way of doing that whilst in Cape Town. I work full-time as an events manager and so going up to JHB is not an option.
