The theme is based on the concept that there should be no such thing as a free lunch with any site inspection. Whether it is by a venue's general invitation to source potential clients or by viewing a venue for a specific MICE gathering, the rules should remain the same for both parties. That is, to derive the most benefit from the site inspection going forward. In other words, the site inspection should not be an end in itself.

It is equally immaterial where the site inspection motivation emanated from.

Representing the potential MICE client will be Caroline Ackermann CMP, event manager of Scatterlings and representing the MICE venue will be Helen Brewer CMP, MICE Academy. Nigel Walker CMP MD Complete Exhibitions will be the MC and introduce the theme.
