The Sauvignon Blanc goes well with fresh oysters, chicken liver pâté, a juicy pork terrine and grilled line fish and retails nationally for approximately R57. The Chardonnay is a great accompaniment to a creamy chicken dish, fish green curry, smoked mussels in a light spicy sauce, smoked trout and cured pink salmon dishes. It retails for approximately R69.

The Rosé, produced from 100% Merlot, is ideal on its own or matched with summer salads such as a Waldorf salad, creamy cheese and grilled seafood. It retails nationally for approximately R46.

The Winters Drift Pinot Noir 2011, made by Koen Roose of Spioenkop Wines in Elgin, has been released with limited availability as only 700 bottles were produced, but bigger volumes will be available with future vintages. The Winters Drift Shiraz 2011 is due to be released in early 2013.
