A winter craft beer, craft wine and food festival is to be held on the oldest wine estate in South Africa, Groot Constantia, in Cape Town. Featuring hand-crafted, warming ales and wines, the festival will be intimate, with the emphasis on craft beer and craft wine food pairing appreciation. 
Following the success of &Beyond and Africa Foundation's Footprints of Hope 10-day rhino awareness walk (through the Sabi Sand and Kruger wilderness and surrounding communities) earlier this year, the teams are now returning to two of those communities to help inspire the youth and educate them about the threat of rhino poaching. 
Indie rockers Bloc Party will be the headline act at Rocking the Daisies 2012,on Saturday, 6 October at the Cloof Wine Estate, Darling, Western Cape. The band's new album, "Four", will be released on 20 August, 2012. 
Grammy Award-winning performers Clarence Carter and Eddie Palmieri, Jamaica's Monty Alexander and France's Manu Katche are among the new international artists announced for this year's Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival. 
The list of nominees for You Spectacular has been released for the event that will be held at The Teatro at Montecasino, Fourways, Joburg, on Saturday, 28 July, 2012. This year the public will also vote in a new category: Favourite Comedian.
