BMW is sponsoring the motorcycles that 13 women - from all walks of life and whose lives have been affected by breast cancer - will be riding from Cape Town to Johannesburg, 8 - 15 October 2006, to raise awareness for breast health. SMS words of encouragement to the riders to 36655; each SMS cost R5.00 and proceeds will be donated to the Breast Health Foundation. This initiative is supported by BMW Motorrad, Avon-Justine, Roche-Products, Superbike, Protea Hotels, 5FM, Diana Carmichael, 1time, Five Roses, Valpre and Full Throttle.
