Show profile Hide profileI am a 24 year old female. I complicated my National Diploma in 2008 and BTECH in 2009 in Human Resource Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am currently employment at Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital as a Ward Administrator. I worked as a human resource student while completing my studies and had the opportunity to part of a vibrant Netcare environment which exposed me to many situations and daily tasks of the Human Resource field. I wish to pursue my career on a permanent base and work my way up
I think I am a suitable candidate for this position as:
I take pride in what I do and will complete a task to the best of my ability. I am always open to learning new things and very determined and committed in putting worth into my Human Resource qualification in any way that I can and to help me to grow in acquiring sufficient knowledge and experience in order to further my career successfully.
Where I am now I'm not growing as a human resource individual but just as someone who is building work experience which is not very beneficial and an opportunity to be a possible candidate would really provide the chance at making a success of my studies. Working with people every day has however helped me a lot with dealing with different kinds of people and behaviours. I am good team player, dedicated, efficient, adapt well to new surroundings and always open to change. I am am eager to seek employment in a stable and friendly environment there opportunity to grow and provide my input.
