I was a Program Director at MHA and I performed duties such administration, presentations and travelling, inbound call centre, solving problems, processing claims and customer. I have also worked at Houghton Harper Attorneys as a Call Centre agent ( out bound). I performed duties such as being responsible for keeping and updating clients filing system in place. I did feedback about clients cases, researched every issue, identified client's needs.
