After completing a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Training, Shannon-Lehy Watermeyer started her recruitment Career as the internal recruitment specialist for a corporate Telecoms company. Whilst in their employ, Shannon completed the DDI Targeted Selection Course. (Interviewers skills); she also obtained her international accreditation with Thomas International.
Shannon later joined a Generalist recruitment agency handling Admin, Finance, Call Centre, Manufacturing, Artisans and many other general positions. In 2013 Shannon completed her Sales & Marketing diploma and received a distinction. With her experience and drive, Shannon saw a future on her own, thus Cape Resource Centre was born. Shannon is highly competent and extremely professional.
